The competition promoter is Michael Davis-Smith trading as Hipsiti (Hipsiti) ABN 23 396 739 197 of 52/45-49 Holt Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 Australia.
The only requirements to enter this competition are that the entrant:
Is 16 years of age and over and
Registers on Hipsiti then rates a city or multiple cities. Each city rating earns an additional entry and
Likes us on Facebook and follows us on Instagram
Entrants may earn a bonus 5 entries by writing a city description. It must be approved and featured at any time on the Hipsiti city page. City descriptions need to be 25 words or less.
This competition is conducted in accordance with NSW Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901, Lotteries and Art Unions Regulation 2014, and Public Lotteries Act 1996 Permit Number LTPS/18/21930.
The competition commences at 12:00AM AEST 15 FEBRUARY, 2018 and concludes at 11:59PM AEST 30 APRIL, 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The prize is a Bose Soundlink Micro Bluetooth® Speaker Model 783342 – (0900 Orange, 0100 Black, 0500 Blue) with a choice of colour pending stock availability valued at AUD$169.00. No cash or other alternative will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The competition is open to registrants of Hipsiti, except employees of the organisation or anyone otherwise affiliated with the organisation.

One individual is allowed multiple city ratings as each city rating will earn an entry into the competition.
For approval, please ensure all comments follow our three basic principles of being Helpful, Authentic, Constructive (HAC). The rating slider must also be used not left on the default 5 for all categories.
Your entry into this competition confirms that you own all necessary rights to provide the intellectual property constituting your rating or city description.

Hipsiti reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Hipsiti’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Hipsiti and, or its agents.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
Hipsiti will deliver the prize to a nominated address via an appropriate shipping method.
Hipsiti’s decisions in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and avatar in any announcement or publicity material as Hipsiti sees fit to publish relating to this competition. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with Hipsiti’s Privacy Policy.
