Hello!!.. I want to create shirts and sell them to other businesses. I already have a lot of designs and I am re-drawing them using Adobe Illustrator. Now I have 2 questions:
1) Does anyone know any good Screen Printing companies in Miami FL? Some that I have e-mailed and asked were giving me high prices. ( Ex. 200 shirts ( None XX-L) Design contains 1 color and the actual shirt is Red) The price was around 1,100 and above. I should be paying .50 at most per a shirt for a quantity of 200.

2) I heard there was a "shirt-selling" license, is that true? I heard it was like but it helped me with purchasing of shirts. If you have that license, most companies would give you a discount. If so, does anybody know where to obtain that license? Thank You
