1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION.
2. The Giveaway is organised by Tens Eyewear Ltd. (Tens), of 84 Miller Street, Glasgow, G1 1DT (hereafter be known as “Promoter”).

4. By entering the Giveaway, the “Entrant” agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees that the decision of the “Promoter” is binding and final.
6. The “Promoter” reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway, the Giveaway Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either on the website www.tens.co, on The “Promoter”’s social media platforms, within the Giveaway Notice, or within these Rules. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Tens, 84 Miller Street, Glasgow, G1 1DT.
7. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Giveaway Notice, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Giveaway, the decision of The “Promoter” shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
8. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the “Entrant” hereby agrees that for the benefit of the “Promoter” and without prejudice to the right of the “Promoter” to take proceedings before any other court of competent jurisdiction, that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings that might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and for such purposes the “Entrant” irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
9. Entrants must be aged 18 (eighteen) or over. Each “Entrant” is required to fully and correctly complete the entry form. In entering the Giveaway, the “Entrant” does so at his/her own risk and on his/her own initiative, and is responsible for complying with local laws, to the extent any local laws apply. Entry into the Giveaway may be unlawful under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction and if entry in the Giveaway is unlawful, the “Entrant” will breach these terms and conditions and will be immediately disqualified from the Giveaway.
10. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. The “Promoter” will not accept multiple entries using the same email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual that submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorised account holder of the email account.
11. Giveaway entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Giveaway Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
12. Employees of the “Promoter”, “Sponsor” or any company involved in the Giveaway or, if relevant, suppliers to which a Giveaway relates, or any advertising/media agency or web company connected with the “Promoter”, “Sponsor” or any such person’s subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. The “Promoter” reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
13. Prizes are awarded at the “Promoter”’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
14. Prize winners will be chosen at random unless specified otherwise in the Giveaway Notice, from all qualifying entries within 14 days of the closing date specified in the Giveaway Notice. The selection of the random choice of winners will be supervised independently. In all matters, the decision of the “Promoter” shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
15. The “Winner” shall be given 5 (five) calendar days from the date of notification to claim the Prize. In the event that the “Winner” fails to respond in writing via e-mail within that period, chooses not to accept the Prize, is ineligible for the Giveaway or fails to duly complete, execute and return any document required by the “Promoter”, he/she shall be immediately disqualified from the Giveaway and he/she shall forthwith relinquish any right or entitlement to the Prize. The “Promoter” shall then draw from all remaining eligible entries and an alternative “Entrant” shall be selected as winner of the Prize (the “Alternative Winner”).
16. The “Alternative Winner” shall be notified via his/her submitted email address. The “Alternative Winner” shall be given three 3 (three) calendar days from the date of notification to claim the Prize. In the event that the “Alternative Winner” fails to respond in writing via e-mail within that period, chooses not to accept the Prize, is ineligible for the Giveaway or fails to duly complete, execute and return any document required by the “Promoter”, he/she shall be immediately disqualified from the Giveaway and he/she shall forthwith relinquish any right or entitlement to the Prize. The Prize shall then be returned to the inventory and the Prize shall become unavailable to all entrants.
17. Giveaway winner(s)’ names may be published on the “Promoter”’s website or other websites associated with it (i.e. Facebook, Twitter etc.)
18. Each “Entrant” releases and holds the “Promoter” and its employees, agents, sub-contractors and consultants harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, loss, disappointment suffered, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
19. The receipt by an “Entrant” of a Prize is conditional upon that “Entrant” executing all releases and other documentation and providing such assistance as the “Promoter” may reasonably require.
20. The “Promoter” is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or telephone line related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
21. The “Promoter” shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations hereunder resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires, strikes (of its own or other employees), insurrection or riots, embargoes, delays in transportation, requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority, computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failure and the “Promoter” shall be entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Draw and these terms and conditions without liability.
22. Data Collection: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
23. Closing date for entry will be 11:59PM GMT, 8th May 2018. After this date the no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
24. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the “Promoter”, the “Sponsor” and not to any other party. 26. The main prize is (1) Used Canon AE-1 SLR film camera with Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens + (2) rolls of Kodak Portra 400 colour film + (1) pair of any style of Tens sunglasses (subject to stock availability). The camera is in good condition, but may show some visible signs of use and wear. It is in full working order.
27. The “Promoter” is in no way affiliated with any of the brands or companies of whom we are offering prizes related to.
28. There will be 1 (one) “Winner” of the main prize.
29. The “Promoter” will notify the “Winner” how, when and where the prize(s) can be obtained via the email address used to submit entry to the giveaway.
30. The “Promoter” is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any “Entrant” by any third party connected with this giveaway.
31. The runner-up prize is one (1) of five (5) pairs of any style of Tens sunglasses. This is subject to stock availability.

33. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
34. The prizes are not transferable.
35. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
36. Prizes will be delivered to a confirmed address (business or residential) of the winner, and sent via tracked & insured service. Items will be dispatched within 5 (five) business days of shipping address confirmation.

38. The giveaway is open to entrants in all countries worldwide, however as per Article 1. the giveaway and its terms & conditions are void where prohibited by law or jurisdiction.
